We are constantly looking for Change Experts looking for their next challenge in Basel or in the area of Basel within the PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY .

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCED within a global SWISS BASED PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY

Excellent English language skills

Great customer focus skills and attention to details (proactive, communicative, and a thinker )

Ability to see the big picture, but at the same time do detailed work

Great team player
-

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact across multiple levels of the organization

Significant experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, coordinating multiple work-streams and managing organization change

Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully on projects
-

Structured approach, problem-solver, can-do attitude, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills

Used to work under time pressure, with set timelines
-

Familiar with Google Suite (Gmail, Gdrive, etc.)

Ability to work across multiple international timezones
-

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle.

Nice to Haves:

Experience in multi-site deployment project
- German a plus
