For our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical players based in the Basel area, we are looking for a SENIOR ORGANIZATIONAL & CHANGE MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR with STRONG EXPERIENCE IN LARGE AND COMPLEX IT IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS. This project will have an impact on approximately 110.000 ENDUSERS.

This is a challenging contracting position starting ASAP until the end of the year 2016.

As a Senior OCM Coordinator, you will support the OCM Lead and play a key role in ensuring the Corporate Identity Management (CIDM) for SAP projects meet the objectives on time and on budget by increasing the usage of the new platform by business, end users and support teams. The focus will be on stakeholder analysis and management, designing change strategy, OCM plan, communications strategy and plan creating, delivering and monitoring the effectiveness of change communication. The OCM coordinator will also provide direct support and coaching to various stakeholders as they move through the transition to the new platform.

TO BE THE BEST AT THIS ROLE, IT WOULD HELP A GREAT DEAL IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

- MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN END-TO-END CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROJECTS
- Strong Coordination skills
- Track record experience of coordinating OCM activities successfully on projects
- A UNIVERSITY DEGREE IN COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in change projects and profound interest/practice in change methodologies such as PROSCI
- Experience of working in IT IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS
- Relevant commercial experience in a multinational company
- Good ability to work under pressure
- Problem-solving skills and self-directed
- Familiarity with GOOGLE SUITE and social media
