Senior Occupational Therapist

TXM Healthcare have today picked up an exciting position for a senior locum occupational therapist for a position within the Paediatric service based in London. Please find details below:

Requirements:
Experience of at least 5 years post-qualification experience working in Social Services Occupational Therapy teams with children with complex disabilities and their families. This role sits within the Children and Disabilities team where the OT plays an integral part in delivering care packages for children and their families
Experienced in carrying out functional assessments in all relevant aspects of Occupational Therapy process.
Experience of assessing, planning and co-ordinating complex adaptations that will meet the current and predictable future requirements of the child and the family.
Experience and familiar with the DFG process and working with grants officer, home improvement agency officers, housing officers, architects, surveyors and builders.
