SENIOR NETWORK ENGINEER - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM
Languages: ENGLISH with FRENCH and/or DUTCH.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Have at least 5 years experience in complex networking environments.
- Bachelor/Masters in IT.
- Certifications as Cisco CCNA or CCNP is an asset.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Onsite work at Customer location with very limited options for home working.
- Have security clearance.
- Have a good understanding of the following:
- Firewalls (Checkpoint/Fortinet/Netscreen/Stonesoft/Cisco )
- IPS (Stonesoft)
- VPN (Juniper)
- Cisco switching (Lan/WLAN)
- Cisco DC LAN Nexus
- Load Balancing (F5)
- BlueCoat Proxies
- Infoblox
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
- In charge of the daily network operations.
- In charge of implementation of complex projects, migrations and changes on network level.
- Perform root cause analysis of complex problems on network level.
- Create detailed network designs.
