Senior Microsoft Specialist

Projektbeschreibung
This is initially a 6 month contract role with possible 6 month extensions. During the first 3 months of the role you will be required to work for 3 days a week from the Naas office. However, this position may also be based in Naas.
You will be required to take the lead in installing, configuring and supporting Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server 2011, Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and Microsoft BizTalk server 2010 in a VMware 5.1 environment. Multiple instances (Test, UAT, Production etc) of each server will be required.
These systems are part of a large project supporting a network of 150 sites across Ireland.
You must be a quick learner and be capable of operating with minimal supervision.
You will also be required to get involved in expanding an existing Commvault galaxy backup system to support the new environments and upgrade to version 9 when practical.
A good knowledge of supporting a large scale network of remote sites with network management systems such as OpsView and helpdesk management tools would be advantageous.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of 5-7 years of overall IT experience
* Strong Experience with installing and supporting Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010
* Strong Experience with installing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server 2011
* Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2012
* Reasonable knowledge of using Microsoft Servers in a VMware environment
* Strong experience with Active Directory account administration and service
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows server 2008 R2 (and 2012 preferably)
* Ability to solve technical problems rapidly and independently
* Strong customer service skills
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Willing to work non-standard business hours and join an on-call rotation
SKILLS THAT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE
* Strong Experience with installing and supporting Microsoft BizTalk server 2010.
* Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server 2011 across two domains.
* Experience of establishing Group Policies
* Experience setting up trusts between domains.
* Good knowledge of Commvault Galaxy 8 backup.
* Strong experience in implementing and using Nagios and/or OpsView.
* Experience supporting Symposium contact centre environments.
* Familiarity with the TrackIT Help Desk system
