One of the biggest international Medical Device companies is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer.

This is a challenging contracting position starting in January 2019 for 9 months in Le Locle, Neuchâtel, Switzerland.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Implement and support Process Excellence activities (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Asset management)
- Manage continuous improvement and cost reduction projects
- Analyse and optimize production flow
- Analyse KPI in collaboration with production (OEE, scraps, NC, cost...) to define improvement priorities project
- Manage Kaizen and 5S programs
- Train in Lean manufacturing
- Support CAPA actions implementation
- Manage project in line with FPX methodology
- In collaboration with finance, evaluate CIP and report monthly savings

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

- Master of Science in Engineering
- Good knowledge of production environment
- Good skills for Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma tools
- Project Management skills
- Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, trainer, Analyse skills,
- Independent and self-motivated worker
- Experience in Medical area
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in French
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing tools
- Knowledge in Asset management tools
- Knowledge in Industrialisation Tools, Environment/Health/Safety
- Knowledge in CAPA, Non-conformity management
- Knowledge in project management - FPX methodology
