Senior Manager of Medical Writing - Midwest

One of the fastest-growing companies in the midwest near Milwaukee is seeking an analytical, experienced Manager of Medical Writing with management skills to work in an exciting, engaging and energetic company environment. Salary is phenomenal at around the $130k level and additional bonus (10%), work from home available as well excellent vacation! This is an incredible management position therefore, there will be top tier relocation as well!

You will report to the senior director and manage both internal and contract clinical medical writers with one or two writers reporting directly to you.

As the Manager, your main responsibilities include:
-Oversee the writing of
-Preparing clinical documents such as clinical study reports, briefing books, investigator's brochures, protocols, mostly for phase 1
-Collaborate with Clinical Development, Drug Safety Surveillance, Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics and Statistical programming, Regulatory Affairs and Project Management
-Meet Submission guidelines and manage relationships above and below you
-Update clinical study and global regulatory submission document templates

Requirements/Skills:
-Min of B.S., CNS background preferred
-5-10 years of writing experience in global clinical drug development for various therapeutic areas and regulatory writing for ECTDs.
-Documentum, WordSuite and Powerpoint are required, MS Project desirable
-Highly able multi-tasker, quick thinker and learner
-Great team player and able to manage time and people effectively
