Senior Manager Business Partnering - Contract - Cardiff

I am currently looking for a Senior Manager to join one of the market leaders in retail banking on a contract basis.

The role is focused around Business Partnering, supporting the bank's consumer finance arm of the business and Costs reporting into the Head of Business Partnering. The bank's Consumer Finance division consists of the group's Asset Finance, Consumer & Commercial Cards and European Retail Businesses.

Based in Cardiff, you will be a part of a 13 Strong Business Partnering team focused on establishing a strong partnership between the business and the consumers as well as aid the ambitious growth plans for the team.

This is a greenfield project so will offer you the opportunity to provide direction and input to the project and be a valued member of the team from start to finish. The team actively encourage you to provide new ideas and allow you to be creative in the role.

If you are the type of person who enjoys a lot of stakeholder management, actively engaging and facing off to various members of the business, then this is the role for you.

The team are looking to bring somebody on board ASAP and have chosen to keep the interview process to a compact 2 stages so make sure you register you interest in this role sooner rather than later. They also appreciate that some candidates may have notice periods.

In terms of rates, they are looking to pay around £460pd to the successful candidate.
