Senior Lead Architect (m/w/d)

Our client is currently searching for a Infrastructure / Compute & Storage / Principal / Senior Lead Architect in full time.

Your tasks will include:
The Customer Platform is a multi hybrid cloud platform operated by Customer to run applications to support the core business processes. It provides only platform as a service (PaaS) for cloud-native applications based on Kubernetes. The on-prem Private Cloud is supplemented by Microsoft Azure Cloud and Google Cloud Platform.Beside standardized container capabilities, EDP will provide further data services, such as SQL, time series, graph and other databases, as well a different storage services. Additionally, these primary services, EDP will also provide a set of cloud management features, to develop and provision, manage, audit and optimize the multi-cloud environment. All clouds will leverage the same architecture principles, pipeline processes and basic service catalogue. The Private Cloud especially aims on hosting critical application. Therefore, the requirements for critical infrastructure are the basis for the design of the on-prem Private Cloud infrastructure. With its immutable infrastructure approach, the EDP will provide latest Cloud Services also with the perspective to be opened to other TSOs/DSOs and serve as Energy Industry Cloud. Our Customer is responsible for the infrastructure stream in the wider EDP Program.

Must:
+ Ensure interoperability between infrastructure technologies
+ Align overarching architecture approaches
+ Head of all leads an steer technical discussions
+ Broad knowlegde of all relevant infrastructure technologies
+ Drives the alignment with infrastructure consumers (e.g., Service Layer)
+ Algin with Elia Senior Lead Architects peer
+ Able to communicate on a C-Level and stakeholders level
+ Deep knowledge re Compute: VMWare/Rancher/K8s
+ Deep knowledge re Storage: NetAPP & Cloudian
