Job Profile

For our end customer, we are urgently looking for an experienced Java Developer/Scrum Master

Job role:

As a Java specialist you will be working on projects in various roles, from technical design to the construction and deployment. You do this with your scrum team and with the customer according to the agile methodology. You set the technical program design based on the functional requirements (user stories) and non-functional requirements. You optimize the system in terms of performance and capacity, and you optimize the operation of the database. You do this is by organizing and attending technical design sessions and code reviews. Furthermore you carry out unit and system tests and deployments.

Profile:

- You have at least 5 years experience with Java programming with modern frameworks and tools such as:

Wicket, GWT, Maven, Spring, Selenium, Easy Mock, Junit, Guice. - You have extensive experience in managing a Scrum Team, estimating and planning of projects and the preparation of the user stories in consultation with the product owner.
- You know better than anyone how to coach and motivate your teammates. You are a real team player, social and focused on sharing of knowledge. Furthermore, you are naturally open to other ideas, methods and techniques.
