- Java, JSP, common J2EE Design Patterns, EJB, Web Services, HTML, JDBC, XML, Oracle databases and UML design.
- The ability to provide advice to other technical staff and management on architecture, solution design, configuration, standards and protocols.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring technical staff within a team environment.
- Experience in analysis, design, programming, testing and the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
