IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Establish strategies, plans, governance, team structure around IT part of project/program
-Manage integrated IT program plan
-Partner with Business Sponsor to ensure alignment of IT strategy and delivery plans required for execution
-Secure sponsorship, budget and resources for IT part of the program in order to deliver according to defined baseline and objectives
-Responsible for stakeholder management and communication to prepare impacted IT functions for implementing new systems, practices or governance
-Oversee development and implementation of plans associated with transitioning from IT project/program into ongoing operations

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound work experience as Program Manager with focus on big IT implementation programs, budget responsibility for over 30 million CHF
-Strong negotiation and influencing skills as well as structured and result-oriented personality
-Fluency in English (verbal and written)
-Very strong customer facing experience and leadership skills
-Highly analytical and conceptual mindset and business needs-focused approach
-Knowledge in identifying and acting upon opportunities for continuous improvement
-Ability to exercise prudent risk-taking, exploration of alternative approaches, and organizational learning
-Strong motivator to support change through times of stress and uncertainty
-Know-how in driving innovation and improvement of organizational performance through application of original thinking to existing and emerging methods, processes, products and services
-Teamwork and team collaboration spirit
