DESCRIPTION:

ADM is the application development organization that supports Retail Banking. Private Banking and Commercial Banking. The activities are primarily focused to the distribution channels, CRM and Internet and Mobile Solutions. The client is undertaking a new programme aiming at implementing an eCommerce environment (portal associated strategic applications) for CPBB (Corporate Public Banking) business clients. In this context our client wants to build up a strong core team of senior IT Analysts well experienced in this domain on a functional level with the ability and capability to make a translation into practical technical solutions.

INITIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Senior lead analyst will be part of the core analyst team in the context of E-commerce programme
- Support the team of business analysts in the exploration of the various demands in the definition of scope and feasibie solutions as preparation of the E-commerce projects
- Analyze and validate the business requirements
- Formalize scope - requirements - assumptions - architecture
- Collaborate with the architects to define and understand End to End solutions
- Deliver effort estimates for the business demands in collaboration with the impacted IT Teams

SUBSEQUENT FUNCTIONS:

- Participate in the preparation (high level functional design) and elaboration (detailed functional/technical design) phase of the project
- Translate user requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Produce functional requirements & technical design
- Give input for test strategy
- Participate in the support of construction and testing phases
- Steer small team of analysts
- Assist the project leader with the follow up of the project

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor degree in IT or Computer Science

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Fluent in written and spoken English and/or (French & Dutch) - Candidates with all 3 will be Preferred
- Experience as a senior lead functional & technical analyst in the context of E-commerce projects in a finance/banking context
- Excellent technical background & understanding of echannel architectures such as: SSO, Portal, Internet applications and architectures, Integration applications, Third Party applications in portal concept
- Experience in MS-Word, MS-Excel, Visio, MS-Outlook

PREFERABLE EXPERIENCE:

- Knowledge of banking and financial products
- Business experience in eBanking
