Projektbeschreibung
The following tasks are to be done:
+ The candidate will be responsible to design / align and implement procees both operational and organizational
+ be the single point of contact betweenthe DC Setup project and internal process owners
+ interact with service and process owners to enable both final and interim process in relation to data center suplliers and GFK processes
+ conduct process analysis, move planning and execution
+ focus on complex operational processes.
Must-haves:
+ Has proven experience in process desigh in complex IT landscapes
+ Strong background in application migrations
+ ITIL experience and service desk know how
+ Ability to manage multiple process integrations
+ Strong communicative skill
