Senior IT Business Analyst (Investment Advisory, UML, SQL, UX/UI)

For one of our clients in the Banking sector in Zurich we are currently looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join their team responsible for the maintenance and development of the company Investment Advisory applications. The main stakeholders are located in different geographic locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Eliciting and analysing business requirements, as well as ensuring their correct implementation
- Writing product documentation
- Analyzing requests from the business and advising business stakeholders
- Collaborating with the Agile teams to implement new projects and features
- Supporting testing activities

IDEAL PROFILE:

- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis/Business Engineering in the financial sector
- Previous experience in a Development role
- Good knowledge of banking processes, as well as financial products
- Portfolio Management know-how
- Strong UML modelling skills
- Excellent SQL skills
- Experience with UX/UI design
- Some experience with Java will be a plus
- Experience with complex business topics and tight deadlines
- Analytical and flexible mindset
- Fluent English, German would be a strong advantage
