Senior IRO - Northamptonshire - £50

Currently recruiting for a Senior Independent Review Conference Officer to work in the Northamptonshire area

Successful candidate will be responsible for the supervisory of all other IRCO's.

The successful candidate will be working with another SIRCO already in post - with a view to change and improve the current procedures for the better.

Management experience in a safeguarding setting preferably in a service where change management and improvement were indicated.

The successful candidate needs to have an in depth knowledge of the child protection and LAC reviewing process and be able to identify SMART PLANS and the need to meet timescales.

They will also need to have knowledge of undertaking 1:1's with chairs and monitor performance

Candidates must have the following
· Enhanced CRB required.

· Social Work Qualification / Registered with HCPC

· MUST be available to start asap

· CQSW/DipSW/Degree in Social Work & professional registration
