Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer - Windows

Projektbeschreibung
You will be required to design, deploy and support technologies in the Windows Server vertical. This includes the following Microsoft technologies: Active Directory 2003/2008, Group Policy Objects, VSS, DFS/DFSR, FSRM, Windows Server 2003/2008, and Operations Manager 2007. The individual will be required to perform after hours support.
Must have PowerShell Scripting and automation experience. Any Citrix or VMware experience is a big plus.
The ideal candidate will have the following essentials:
- Broad experience supporting IT infrastructure, with heavy emphasis on:
~ Active Directory (Group Policies, DFS, DFSR)
~ Powershell Scripting
~ Windows Server 2003 & 2008 Operating Systems
~ WSUS
~ HP Proliant Server Platform
~ HP C Class Chassis Administration
~ Flex10 & Virtual Connect
~ Windows 2008 Failover Clustering
~ System Center Operations Manager
~ Windows Recovery Techniques
~ Backup & Restore
~ Repair
In order to be successful, you must demonstrate that you are a self-starter demonstrating the willingness to address/resolve ambiguity and conflict within complex business change projects.
The other skills strongly desired include:
~ Monitoring Systems - System Center Operations Manager
~ Scripting (VB, Powershell), Common Windows Scripting languages (VBScript, Powershell, etc.)
~ Working knowledge of TCP/IP Networking
~ Adherence to standards
~ Deep troubleshooting skills
