Senior Indoor Radio Planner with good Managment Skills

Senior Indoor Radio Planner with perfect management skills is required for our client an international telecoms company based in the Netherlands. As a Senior Indoor Radio Planner you will need to be a technical guru for the team of Indoor Radio Planners. Your Indoor Radio knowledge level has to be high as you will be functioning like a Technical Manager.

As a Senior Indoor Radio Planner you will need to able to communicate fluently in Dutch, this is a long term contract role paying up to €50 per hour

As a Senior Radio Planner you will have the following skills and experience

- Good communication skills
- Good Dutch/English skills (spoken and written)
- Good Social skills (team player)
- Good manager skills
- IB Wave knowledge
- You will need to have good indoor knowledge (preferably practical experience as well)
- You must be able to delegate and communicate with other departments.
- You should not be afraid to pull rank at management, or other departments.
- Ability to write clear and understandable guidelines, procedures, including for other departments.
- Inspiring personality, leading, "people" manager but with technical skills.
- Experienced in 2G/3G/LTE/UMTS?GSM
- RF Planning and optimization
