Senior ICT Project Manager

Our client is looking for a highly experienced Senior ICT Project Manager to join their team for an initial 6 month contract.

The position is currently rolling out several projects which require the determination of the project's specific document records needs, liaising with the vendor, preparing the necessary approval documents, arranging training and generally applying project management controls across the implementation.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- 12 or more years of information technology experience that includes understanding of IT infrastructure and also strong experience with ICT application projects from Business Case to Benefits Realisation.
- Good Knowledge of Core network, LAN/WAN, Routers, Switches, mobility, how communications are delivered according to the designs and schedule.
- Strong experience with large scale infrastructure deployments and upgrades across data center, core infrastructure, storage and virtualization technologies.
- Project Management certifications - Prince2, PMBOK, PMI would be desirable.
- Ability to develop and maintain sound relationships with key stakeholders and vendor management.
- Team management skills as you will have 4 direct reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communications and problem solving skills.
