Senior HR Project Lead

Senior HR Project Lead - Health care - my client a NHS Trust is looking for a Senior HR Project Lead to join their team in South Yorkshire on an interim contract basis -3 months with possibility of extension Paying - £400 - £500 a day DOE.

The Senior HR Project Lead will be responsible for Managing a caseload of complex senior level ER casework, including potential Employment Tribunal and high court action and associated negotiations. The Senior HR Project will be expected to lead high profile, senior and complex medical staffing issues, this will require excellent understanding of the 'Managing High Professional Standards' framework.

As well as this the Senior HR Project Lead will work with the Director of P&OD as executive sponsor, to lead my clients ongoing clinical directorate restructuring work, this will include:

- Working with the CEO, transformation team & PMO, Directors of clinical services and other senior managers to design a cost effective structure for the future
- To develop safe and effective transition plans taking into account governance and patient safety and quality issues
- To plan, manage and deliver the process of change including redundancy and downgrading changes, including a collective consultation to achieve the agreed structure
- Working to the substantive Director of P they should have excellent current NHS knowledge and experience. Extensive experience at of medical staffing at a senior level is essential, as is experience at ET and in leading change through restructuring and redundancy.
