IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support and advise the VP Operations and the Senior Manager as HR Business Partner in all HR related matters concerning manufacturing and PMO
-Functional leadership of all five Plant HR Managers in three countries
-Lead corporate or frame projects, support corporate HR topics
-Support people-related projects/changes impacting functional organisation across plants and frames
-Drive and check implementation of standard processes; e.g. ideal plant
-Drive best practice sharing within manufacturing and support cross functional exchange
-Negotiate agreements and first level support
-Support transparent operation reporting & policy implementation
-Drive management/leadership development (incl. rotations, succession planning etc.)
-Monitor development planning
-Lead functional comparator groups for management performance reviews
-Participate in operation managers' meetings
-Maintain external contacts (support local HR)

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Economics or Law degree
-Profound experience
-Experience in several HR positions/broad international experience
-Experience as plant HR manager
-High global mobility
