Senior HR Manager

My clients a Financial Services organisation based in London currently seek a Senior HR Manager. Responsible for an EMEA based client group you will oversee all HR policies, processes and initiatives closely partnering the business. Due the complex nature of the wider global organisation you will provide a significant contribution to setting the agenda and strategic priorities for EMEA. Due to the size of this organisation you also deliver operationally and my client seeks an experienced professional who is hands on and delivery focussed to drive through and implement. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and grow an EMEA remit in an exciting financial services business. Reporting into Director level stakeholders and Head of HR you will provide a full end to end generalist HR service to the organisation acrossEurope, with particular emphasis on supporting complex compensation and benefits issues, recruitment and ER management. The successful candidate will be a strong, commercial generalist who is comfortable working in both a strategic and operational capacity. Financial services experience is highly advantageous.
