M4/M3 Corridor. 6 months initial contract. £500 - £600 per day.
Our prestigious client have a requirement for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their business on an initial 6 month contract to lead a team of HR BPs and also to head up the development of future HR strategy.
Therefore, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Extensive previous experience of undertaking Senior HR Business Partner roles
- Strong previous experience and knowledge of Business Change.
- Extensive previous experience of working in large Corporate or Blue Chip companies (Financial Services etc).
- Ability to hit the ground running
- CIPD certification
- Strong experience in bringing about organisational change
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Leadership and Managerial skills
