Senior HR Business Partner

My client is one of the Big 4 consultancies and they require a Senior HR Business Partner to join Transformation and Restructuring team as a permenant member of the team is leaving at the end of June 2013.

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working in complex matrixed environments as well as experience facing off and engaging with senior stakeholders, heads of function. This role will be reporting to the HR Director.

Previous required experience will include Change Management and previous experience working on large transformation programmes, managing multiple stakeholders and previous consultancy experience is desired.
