My client is looking for an interim HR Business partner with a strong background in Organisational Design to work within their existing HR team. You will be working closely with the functional representative's within the business to evaluate, design and transition the future state, structure and operating model of the function. The business outcome is to have a more streamlined structure that supports their new strategy.

To do this you will need strong experience in Organisational Design tools and methods, be highly analytical with a proven track record of delivering sustainable change.

Role Responsibilities:

. Assimilates the outputs from the Group Organisation Design work, and draws upon the expertise of key stakeholders to determine the sizing of organisation units and spans of control.
. Provides expertise on job design; ensures recommendations are aligned with OD design principles.
. Supports functional representatives with the creation of job descriptions and preparation for the job evaluation process.
. Works closely with HR colleagues to undertake fit/gap analysis of existing internal capability to perform future activities. Identifies skills gaps and assesses the size of task to address these

Essential:

. Excellent written communication skills
. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to quickly establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise
. Ability to analyse information and challenge and inconsistency and contradictions
. Able to build rapport and influence senior managers
. Proactive in approach and self-starter
. Organised, adaptable and flexible; capable of working through ambiguity
. Demonstrates a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving
. Must be reliable, discreet, show impartiality of judgement and be not easily frustrated when unable to exert personal influence
