Senior HR Advisor

Our client, a leading member of the Utilities industry, requires a contracted Senior HR Advisor for a 3 month contract role based in Swindon.

The role will involve managing the HR activities for TUPE and redundancy exercises.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with the following skill set:

- Accomplished HR practitioner within a large scale, complex organisation
- Strong TUPE and redundancy experience - someone who has actually been involved in these types of exercises on a large/numerous scale
- Strong change management experience
- Experienced in consultation processes and procedures
- Experience of dealing with third party suppliers/outsourcing providers
- Able to challenge and hold their own - resilient and robust
- Someone who can hit the ground running and is self sufficient

Technical Skills:

- SAP KP3 management (desirable)
- MS Office skills

Qualifications:

- Professional qualification in Human Resource Management (eg MCIPD or equivalent)
