Senior HR Advisor

A leading international law firm is seeking a strong Senior HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is paying a salary of circa £45,000 with development potential.

This role is a full generalist role supporting the end to end employee lifecycle for a specific client group.

You will also be responsible for providing comprehensive advice and guidance on all employee relations issues. This will include managing the sickness and absence process and investigating into disciplinary and grievance cases.

You will be supporting a HR Manager with the recruitment and selection process. This will include interviewing candidates and liasing with partners in regards to this.

In addition you will also support the HR team with a number of adhoc projects and including salary review and bonus processes and also reviewing and addressing the learning and development needs of your client group.
