Senior Help Desk Operator - French and Dutch Speaking

Company: Our client is the leading telecommunications company in Belgium and a market leader in several areas, including fixed-line telephony (retail and wholesale), mobile communications services and broadband data and Internet.

YOUR TASKS:

Within the ICT Customer Services department for professional customers (CIS ISD), ensures the First Line IT Service Desk Team (NCC) for the full support of IT solutions implemented by our professional clients 24/7.

To expand the technical support team, we are looking for an:

SENIOR HELP DESK OPERATOR

As a help desk operator, you will deliver the highest quality support for specific products to our professional customers.

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

You have a technical and commercial knowledge of the telecom world

You are able to provide customers personalized word (phone/email)

You analyse their situation, give feedback and try to provide solutions.

Here, you use different information channels, systems and tools, and also contact other services within the company.

You will work with the technical teams and support to ensure optimum customer service within the stipulated time.

YOUR PROFILE:

You have a good technical knowledge and telecom network knowledge.

You are passionate about it and you learn quickly .

You are preferably bilingual (Dutch - French), knowledge of English is a plus.

You answer and exceed customer expectations .

You feel along with the customer (empathy) .

You will analyze a problem and find a solution in an efficient manner

You inform the customer and your colleagues on time and in a structured way .
