Senior Head of IT Service (BI, ERP & CRM)

Our client requires an experienced Senior Head of IT Service (BI, ERP and CRM) for a permanent role based in Brussels

Your profile

You have minimum 10 years experience in project and delivery management

You have an experience in people management

You have a strong knowledge of the best practices for solution development

You have proven track record of delivering complex solutions

You demonstrated leadership

You operate independently in a complex and international organizational structure

You have a relevant experience in crisis management

You are structured in an unstructured environment

You are able to prioritize, negotiate, build relationships, have impact, network

You are at your ease with steering, controlling and adjusting

You have a good understanding of BI principles (Business Object tools, webfocus or others)

You have an experience in software development and implementation (up to production)

Knowledge and experience of SAP and/or Oracle + CRM + BI is a must.

You communicate fluently in English, Dutch and/or French

The knowledge in the payment or banking industry would be an additional asset
