Senior Functional Analyst (Communication systems)

My client is looking for a Senior Functional Analyst (Communication systems) to join their dynamic working environment. This is a great long term contract with Generous rates of pay.

The SENIOR FUNCTIONAL ANALYST (COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS) will have the following responsibilities;

- Define, analyze and document requirements (both functional and non-functional);
- Establish systems (if set) or informing the software engineers to build the system (if self-development);
- Establish test scenarios, perform testing;
- Building knowledge to key users so that the implementation of the solution goes smoothly;
- Design user interface, functional configuration and usability of the system;
- In addition, the operational support of existing solutions (and this in a rotation with other functional analysts);
- Preparation of documentation for Key users.

The Ideal SENIOR FUNCTIONAL ANALYST (COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS) will have the following experience;

- + experience as a Functional Analyst;
- Extensive experience in unified communication (UC² - telephone and videophone);
- Experience in development of virtual workplace (operating systems, VDI, browsers, WIFI/3G/4G);
- Knowledge of technological opportunities; deal with IT systems in an environment where many own development;
- Must have interest in devices (desktop, mobile);
- Experience in complex environment (many integrations with other functional services);
- Must be Fluent in Dutch and English. knowledge of French is an asset.
