Senior Functional Analyst

My client, a leading Telco operator in Belgium, is looking for a Senior Functional Analyst for the BSS Sales & Customer service team.

You will be working in a team of functional and technical analysts handling projects on the BSS S&CS systems within the organization.

The BSS S&CS systems consist of all IT applications that are used to support the company's business processes:

Customer management:
Appointments & ticketing
Communications
Credit check
Fraud management
Contact center:
Call routing
IVR
Product management:
Product holding
Best offer
Order management:
Order intake
Order confirmation
OMS & troubleshooting

Cooperation with other teams to realize projects End-to-End:
Online team - Customer facing web applications & apps
BSS Rating & Billing team: pre-billing, post-billing, Real Time rating for mobile and fixed
OSS team: technical order management & provisioning

Experience:
oBSS O2B & Customer Care within Telecom
oSOA architecture
oExperience in contact center area is a plus
oTechnical background is a plus
oFluent spoken and written English is a must
oNL or FR is a plus
