Senior Front-End Developer (Contract)

Role: Senior Front End Developer
Location: Dublin
The role is with a large multinational organisation based in South Dublin. It is well-paid and is suited to very proficient Front End Developers. Ideally you will need to have some experience with Server Side development but it isn't a prerequisite as there are 2 separate teams.
This role is perfect for someone who is very keen on product-based environments. The candidate will part take in the design, development, implementation and support of critical web applications and web services. This product helps their customers plan for their financial goals, analyse their holdings, and provide investment strategies to rebalance their portfolios.
With this role, they are building out a whole new team so it will be quite an exciting product to work on.
Reponsibilities:
* Proven ability to work on own initiative and deliver results
* Extensive experience in Agile development with strong Technical Architecture skills
* Strong engineering skills and experience
* Prior experience of both start-up and corporate environments.
Skills:
* Web [AngularJS, JQuery, Ext-JS, GWT..)
* Strong UI/Web development skills. Must have worked in at least one or more Web Frameworks
* Database [Oracle, Postgres]
* Other: JBoss AS, XML, XSLT
* Discipline of working in a continuous integration, TDD environment.
* Expert knowledge of Application Servers/web passed applications
* Highly experienced in delivering commercial grade software globally
* Has been pro-active in creating better user experience, consumer value proposition
* Understands gaps in knowledge and has ability to source training
