Scope:
. Manage the Shared Services Centre day 2 day, accounts payable operations & team Role of a supervisor. Make sure that SSC team quickly and adequately performs their operations which will involve:
. Processing & paying invoices in due time, under compliance and accounting rules of various countries.
. Processing and payment of travel and expenses reports
. Maintenance of SAP vendors database
. Control of SAP goods receipts workflows
. Ensure the quality of Purchases Requisitions
. Payments runs
. Ensure that all compliance controls are performed SAP experience, MM experience and People management experience are required skills
. Customer service attitude Minimum number of years' experience in similar position is 6-9 years Very good knowledge of accounts payable processes, accounting and VAT regulations.
