Senior Financial Analyst (m/w)

Our client is a leading global provider of engineered electronic components, network solutions, specialty products and subsea communication systems, with fiscal 2010 sales of US$12.1 billion to customers in more than 150 countries.
Your responsibilities

* Drive continuous process improvements related to functional expenses
* Develop a bottoms-up budget for EMEA Automotive functional expenses with a focus on Germany
* Effectively control indirect spend for the German functional expense areas and support the same for the overall EMEA Automotive operations
* Institutionalize a precision based forecasting process to ensure funtional expenses are appropriately.
* Coordinate with key business unit personnel Navigate the company's systems, including financial systems (SAP, Cognos)

Main skills, qualification and knowledge

* Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance
* First years of financial work experience
* Fluency in English
* Knowledge of SAP, Cognos, US-GAAP and IFRS
* Monitor estimated actuals during the close and provide updates to finance managers
* Monitor & coordinate the employee related costs & savings analysis for Senior Management
