IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements including notes according to IAS/IFRS
-Assist in the preparation of statutory German GAAP (HGB) financial statements including supplemental reports e.g. HGB notes (Anhang) and management report (Lagebericht)
-Consolidation bookings of group reporting
-Monitoring of group cash flow and management of group treasury
-Responsible for out payments
-Assist in the preparation of management accounts and reporting
-Assist in the preparation of annual group budgets (P/L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
-Overseeing tax accounting and regional direct and indirect tax returns (incl. Group Transfer Pricing)
-Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting
-Responsible for billing procedures and debtors management of the group
-Preparation of financial analysis
-Controlling of intercompany bookings and preparation of intercompany invoices
-Coordination and controlling of regional bookkeeping for foreign subsidiaries
-Liaise with domestic and foreign lawyers, tax advisors and auditors
-Constant optimization and development of systems and processes
-Support in improving the internal control system
-Participation in projects as they arise

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Relevant professional experience in the field of finance and accounting in an international environment
-Good knowledge of accounting standards and of preparation of financial statements according to IAS/IFRS and HGB
