Senior Finance Manager

We are urgently seeking an interim Senior Finance Manager for a market leading Financial Services organisation.

This is an exciting 12 month assignment, which will evolve into a Financial Controller role in the New Year. The company are in the final stages of a merger which will see the finance function operate out of one office, rather than two.
The Finance Manager is about to go on maternity leave; therefore we are looking for someone to pick up their operational responsibilities, as well as taking on a more complex role to ensure a smooth integration of products.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Worked as a Senior Finance Manager/Financial Controller in a regulated environment ie Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Investments.
- Mergers & Acquisitions experience
- Managed a finance team through a period of change - have the ability to motivate staff and change ways of working
