- Analysis and specification of operational requirements
- Analysis and specification of operational processes

- ITIL framework and methodology
- Project Management (Prince2, PMI or equivalent)

Protocols:

- TCP/IP Suite (SNMP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, QoS, )

Education:

- Master Degree in ICT or related subject years of professional experience
