You will be expected to have a top class degree in an engineering subject and you will need to have experience of most of these areas:-
-C, C++, Python, Matlab
-Analogue circuit design - low level signal conditioning, signal capture, signal processing
-RF circuit design
-SPICE/Digital simulation
-FPGA/RTL design using VHDL or Verilog
-Digital design - low power, high speed,
-High performance computing using GPUs, DSPs, Manycore and Multicore processors.
-Complex PCB layout
