For our client, a global company focussing on chemistry in the Düsseldorf area we are looking for a Senior EDI Consultant (f/m) on a freelance basis.

Project Start: 14.08.2017 Location: Düsseldorf

Project End: 13.11.2017 Hours/week: 16h (2 days a week)

Project- and Role- Description:

The global supply chain change into a new centralized business model. Transfering existing EDI customers to new template processes and SAP systems. Focus on automotive customers for scheduling agreements, JIT Messages and DELFOR. Enhancement projects for new message types for VW.

Main Tasks:

* Setup EDI Connection with automotive customers
* Dealing with automotive customers
* Leads specialized parts of A&D phase (e.g. process analysis, process design, process activation, technical solution design, satellite interfaces design, training of business users regarding new template processes and EDI messages, technical testing of implemented solution, cut-over planning and cut-over activities, error resolution during hypercare phase.

Skillset / Requirements:

* Strong background of automotive Processes required
* Detailed knowledge of automotive EDI processes (Orders, Desadv, Invoice, Deljit, )
* Detailed knowledge of sales & distribution and logistics execution processes
* Knowledge about Vendor handling (e.g. GXS)
* Project-management

* English (Project Language is English)
