For an international client we are urgently require a Senior Development Engineer.
The successful Senior Development Engineer will have experience working on various data hubs, in this instance on a newly developed data lake. You will produce software applications, and will have a crucial part in designing, coding, configuring and compiling an application version and in the writing and performing of the functional, integration and production testing working directly with the other Development Engineers.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
- Business intelligence
- Big data
- Data warehousing
- ETL
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
Hadoop
Netezza
IBM InfoSphere (met name DataStage)
Java
SQL
LANGUAGES: English and Dutch a real plus.
LOCATION: Amsterdam
CONTRACT: 6 months with option to extend.
RATES: Excellent!
