Assistant Vice President ASP.NET/C# Developer Position at a leading, global financial information services company inEdinburgh The Company This leading client is seeking a successful ASP.NET/C# Developer to work on software for financial applications within their securities team. You will be working for a fantastic and fast growing company - which now has over 2000 employees globally, and who provides services to the world leaders within finance. The Position This position requires someone with an excellent academic record, strong experience working in C#/ASP.NET (with a great understanding of the project life-cycle). You will come in at a senior level and be given great responsibility over exciting projects in a growing team. You should have experience working with a relational database management system e.g. SQL Server. Aside from these key technical skills, any other developing experience is a plus as you will be working with a large array of technologies in this position e.g. Javascript/ JQuery / Web Development / NUnit / Visual Studio ?. Experience working in a financial field will also be beneficial to your application - particularly to financial data standards such as FIX/FpML. If you do not have experience working in financial markets you should be able to demonstrate a strong interest in this field. You must be a highly analytical and conscientious individual - with excellent attention to detail. The benefits!
