Senior Desktop Specialist

Our client is looking for an experienced Desktop Support professional to install, support and maintain a high quality end user environment. You will be the main driving force on the installation, maintenance and support for their end user environment.

Key accountabilities are:

- Able to work cooperatively within a team
- Monitor, manages and reports on device performance
- Ability to respond and report on incidents as they arise
- Delivers support processes to maintain, configure and update desktop components
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support as needed

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Experienced in analysing implementing and maintaining contemporary and Legacy based end user computing environment
- Experience working to ITIL/ITSM frameworks
- Certified MCSA level or extensive practical experience
- Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience working in a large, complex and diverse technical environment
