SENIOR DESKTOP ENGINEER (SCCM AND ADAPTIVA)

SUMMARY:

The Senior Desktop Engineer will support over 16,000 users in a global environment utilizing SCCM to manage all desktops, patches, software pushes and inventory. This is a contract role that has potential to convert to a perm role after six months. Our client is a $10 billion dollar global leader focused on the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural machinery with over 1200 dealers and 8000 users globally. Their equipment is sold primarily through dealers globally and they are developing a new dealer portal to allow users to buy, service, finance and source parts for their farm equipment through a new website that will be developed.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Manage 16,000 desktops globally
- Be the SME for SCCM - manage all patches, software updates, and inventory
- Be the SME for Adaptiva

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of Desktop Engineering experience with SCCM and Adaptiva
- Experience working in a global environment
- Minimum BS or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
