SENIOR DELIVERY MANAGER (MOBILE TELECOMS NETWORK ROLL-OUT)

Project People are currently recruiting on behalf of a global Mobile Telecoms company for a Senior Delivery Manager, this is a ongoing contract opportunity and will be working in the Netherlands.

Applications will only be considered for candidates who are eligible to live and work in the Netherlands, Dutch and English language is essential.

Senior Delivery Manager - this position is working on a high profile project and so we are looking for someone who can 'hit the ground running', with the ability to lead multiple Delivery teams on complex rollout projects.

As Senior Delivery Manager you will be responsible for managing the full end to end delivery of Mobile Telecoms radio sites (acquisition, build and delivery), ensuring the right balance of time, money and quality.

Skills required:

- Able to work under pressure on delivery targets
- Ensure full end to end delivery of sites in a region or cluster
- Manage Roll out team (Acquisitions, Construction, TX, Integration and Acceptance)
- Has project leading skills and experience in similar (high numbered) roll out projects
- Able to produce solid forecasts of project results (setting targets/plan line)
- Hands on experience of network rollout projects preferably in managing a cluster of projects/sites in Network Rollout
- Strong problem solving capabilities, able to identify bottlenecks in processes and implement solutions
- Controlling/steering Delivery Leaders, Delivery Coordinators, Site Engineers, Radio Planners, Delivery Coordinators, Negotiators
