Senior Database Engineer - SAP PM SAP PP PI SAP MM with Fluent German

Next Ventures is currently seeking an experienced person to provide ongoing support on the following project:
Main tasks:
Master Data Analysis (Material master, Bill of material, Master recipe) in ChemSAP -Perform As is/Gap analysis
Process analysis (impact on master data) - Perform As is/Gap analysis
Develop to be state and strategy based on Data and process analysis outcome
Prepare organization to match KPI's required by Class A
Skills:
BSc in Business Administration or Engineering focused on Supply Planning Processes and Master Data in ChemSAP
Native/Fluent Swiss German (preferred), German and English.
Professional Experience:
- SAP PP-PI - Experience as a domain lead in SAP Planning SAP PM/EAM
- More than 4 years' experience as a PM Subject matter expert SAP MM - Hands-on experience as an end-user in materials management and procurement Project Management Office experience - International project experience
- Comprehensive understanding of production master data, planning and forecasting and process order execution.
- Experience in end-to-end supply chain and business processes in commercial and clinical manufacturing
- Knowledge of plant maintenance processes: Preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, document management, test equipment management (calibration)
- Understanding of planning processes in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology (preferred) or chemical industry
- Experience in a global core template roll-out and training of key-users in Swiss German, German and English.
- Relevant project experience in Forecasting & Planning stream lead in a major transformation program in the pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry with responsibilities from concept definition to go-live. Implementation of an innovative custom-built solution for the Master Data supply chain. Subject matter expert for SAP PM and rollout of PM functionalities. Coordination and testing of developments, and creation of functional specifications and other documentations/manuals. Central support of the project manager.
