Senior Data Architect (Scientific & Manufacturing) - Pharma - Basel ar

For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:

SENIOR DATA ARCHITECT (SCIENTIFIC & MANUFACTURING)

PROJECT INFORMATION:

- Project scope: Project for data modelling of data from production system (mainly MES and LIMS) which need to be modeled with a data virtualization Program (JBoss Data Virtualization)
- Target group for modeled data: Company employees who are working in biotech production area

TASKS:

- Data Modeling-, SQL-, BI-, reporting developer skills and support of the Global Project team in Kaiseraugst
- Working closely with the users, solution architects and developers of the project team
- Facilitating and supporting system and user acceptance testing
- Translate beta data from different production systems into easy usable data for the business

REQUIREMENTS:

- Min. 10 years experience with data analysing, -modelling and -virtualization
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry and commercial process knowledge
- SQL advance experience and be well versed with data virtualization
- Good knowledge of JBoss Data Virtualization is important for the project
- Experience with BI is a plus
- Proven experience with integrating data sources eg Osisoft PI, MES, LIMS, SAP R/3, while driving a common data architecture.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Relevant Experience
- Experience within the pharmaceuitacl industry is preferred
