Join Barclays as a Senior Customer Management Analyst, and you'll use your leadership skills to manage a highly focused, business-critical team. You'll work with stakeholders across the group on customer management activity, while leading the insight analysis agenda for the customer management team. It's all about bringing us closer to the people who matter most - our valued customers.

What you'll give our customers as a Senior Customer Management Analyst
You'll lead the analytical and insight analysis agenda for the Customer Management team, making sure that all aspects of the customer lifecycle are represented and understood. The data you analyse and present will give us a better understanding of the complaints landscape and the customer agenda, and we'll look to you to be a positive ambassador for the Customer Management team and build confidence across the business. What's more, you'll manage the partnership with our external mailing house, and oversee the end-to-end customer contact process, including letter formats, data transfers and mailing approvals.

What you'll need as a Senior Customer Management Analyst
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need expertise in compliance, marketing and data analysis as well as complaints management and back office operations experience. You'll also need extensive proficiency in data analysis using SAS, Teradata and Sequel Server.
