Senior CRM Consultant - Conceptwave

Senior CRM Consultant is required by our client, a well-known player in the telecom industry, to support the implementation of a new customer life cycle management tool Conceptwave.

The CRM Consultant we are looking for will help the client in the integration of the Conceptwave OMS and EPC solution. As an expert in the field, the CRM Consultant Conceptwave will be responsible for the implementation of these systems. Being a senior consultant, this freelancer will help the client in addressing and reviewing the decision taken in the architecture and integration of these solutions. Hereby, he or she would help them avoiding roadblocks and ensuring smooth integration of the solution. Furthermore the CRM Consultant Conceptwave will support the client in managing relations with supplier and integrator, will review the design and will provide guidance on integration.

For this interesting freelance mission, we are looking for a Senior CRM consultant who has profound experience with Conceptwave. Being the candidate we are looking for, you have good experience with OMS and/or EPS. Having experience in this field as senior consultant, you have the necessary skills to challenge the end client. Furthermore, the freelancer has done previous projects in the telecom and/or banking sector. For this mission, you can speak English fluently. Knowledge of Dutch or French is an added value.
