Senior Credit Analyst - Permanent - City of London

Senior Credit Analyst required by a leading City based Subprime bank. As a Senior Credit Analyst you will be working within a team of 4 and will be reporting into the Head of Customer Value Management.

Your daily responsibilities will include; financial analysis; new business, pricing, acquisitions, portfolio management, and / or collections analysis, policy development and MI, programming, database extraction and reporting.

Suitable candidates will have a 2/1 degree (or higher) in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or Computer Science, strong knowledge of profitability modelling processes, at least three years experience within the above areas, alongside experience in profitability modelling and financial analysis.

Strong candidates will possess a can-do attitude, excellent communication and networking skills, will be flexible, proactive, assertive and able to meet deadlines and operate calmly under pressure.

Experience within a credit card lending / consumer loans context is desirable, although this is not a prerequisite.

Strong candidates will be provided with the opportunity to embark on managerial roles, and / or head up international projects.
