My client, a leading retail bank, has an urgent requirement for a Senior Contracts Manager to join and lead a small team of contracts managers managing changes for a number of transitional outsourced services, provided to divested financial entities.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Team leadership
- Understanding an interpreting complex contracts
- Excellent stakeholder management required to ensure all parties are happy with proposed contractual changes
- Experience of authoring contract clauses for IT and business services
- Understanding of operational impact of problems
- Contractual change analysis
The successful candidate will be required to show good motivation working in BAU mode
LOCATION: London
DURATION: 3 month rolling contract
START: ASAP
RATE: £640
